SERVICES OFFERED:
Tile and Shingle Roof Cleaning: We gently spray a mildewcide mixed with a light cleaning detergent to the surface of your roof using only 60 psi to the surface of your tile or shingle roof, rain gutters and fascia. Using this low pressure soft wash technique will kill and remove all mold, algae, dirt, and grime from the surface of your roof to bring it back to its original color. We first remove all leaves and debris from your roof, and rain gutters. All plants and shrubs are covered with tarps during the cleaning process and then rinse all vegetation and the exterior of your home and windows. This cleaning process has been approved by the American Roofing Association and will not void the warranty of your roofing material.
Surface Wash Driveways, Sidewalks and Pavers: We use a surface washer to uniformly remove all black and green mold from all types of hard surfaces while leaving the sand intact between pavers. Also removal of chewing gum and paint spills from all surfaces.
Pool Enclosures: Spray a mildewcide to the pool enclosure frame and screens inside and out. This will remove all the green and black mold. We then rinse with clean water. Secondly we surface wash your pool deck pavers or cool deck surface. Then we rinse with clean water. No harm to pool water.
Soft Wash Exterior House Wash: We apply a mildewcide mixed with a light cleaning detergent that is lightly sprayed to the exterior of your home that will clean and remove all mold, dirt, mud daubers, and cobwebs from gutters, fascia, soffits, walls and window. We then rinse with clean water.
PVC and WOOD Fences: Remove all black and green mold by applying a mildewcide cleaning solution then rinse. Irrigation rust removal extra charge.

This was the first experience EVER getting 100% customer satisfaction. I cannot say enough about how pleased i am with the results of the pressure washing service they provided. One property needed the roof, house, driveway and side walk done. Looks like a new roof and the house looks like it was REPAINTED!!! the other property was a paver driveway and pool paver area. They were professional and prompt. Did a great job and went above and beyond even cleaning out the gutters by hand. Also cleaned up the sides of the house and did a complete clean up before leaving. Part of the roof is metal, so I knew what that would look like when it was cleaned, but I was amazed at the color difference of the shingle roof when they were done. It looked like a completely different roof! Great job. Would hire them again.

Hydro Force was recommended to us by an Aluminum Screening company. We literally called them the same day and Tom gave us a very fair quote to pressure wash our entire back patio, pool cage aluminum, and screens. They showed up the next morning on time and got down to business. They finished in a couple of hours and everything looked fantastic. The aluminum and screens looked brand new. Their pressure washer is a big commerical grade equipment on a trailer. Tom and his wife were very courteous and responsive and did an excellent job. It was a very smooth process from quote to finish. We will be using them all the time for our pressure washing needs going forward and we highly recommend using them.
